The business analyst is responsible for an in-depth understanding of the client's business processes. Industry knowledge of the client is essential. The business analyst creates process change by integrating new processes with existing ones, and communicating these changes to affected business systems. They are critical in gathering the client's business requirements.

Our business analysts are generalists who operate and the edge between the various business departments and technology. Understanding business needs and translating those into technical requirements. They are able to communicate fluently at both management levels and technical levels. Some of the tasks a business analyst may take reponsibility for include business case development, requirements definition, vendor selection, project lead, and change management.

Business case development
For any initiative, whether it is the setup of a new business, the implementation of a CRM system, the deployment of a knowledge management system, or the launch of a new campaign, a proper business case is essential.
