Business case development

launch of a new campaign, a proper business case is essential. We have
the appropriate knowledge and methodology in house that takes you through
a thinking process in order to:

not?")

analysis, and other external factors analysis.
- Conduct the SWOT analysis, combining the Strengths and Weaknesses
from the internal analysis and the Opportunities and Threats from the
external analysis in order to define the strategic scenario(s).
- Calculate expected revenues and costs based on the defined scenario(s)
and other assumptions.
- Determine the major risks and how to mitigate them.
- Define the implementation plan.
- Define the short-term action plan.
