(KMS) to provide the baseline knowledge management functionality
that is required to capture your employees' knowledge and enable them to
share information. It is of particular benefit to companies that do not
have a knowledge management system in place yet or experience their system
is too complex and not used. To our experience,
a baseline knowledge management system provides the following functionality:
- Easily upload documents and URLs to a central repository (the
Knowledge Base)
- Search the Knowledge Base in order to find the necessary information
Obviously, a proper knowledge management solution goes further. E.N.G. Efficiency
